HOPE
hummingbird sanctuary
My goal with this project was to use a soft color pallet to embody the persona of the gentle nature of a hummingbird and to carry this throughout each element of the branding system. This was achieved by using the same primary colors throughout the poster design, invitation, and business card which gave it a cohesive, gentle identity.


The name “Hope” comes from the meaning and symbolism that many believe comes with the visit of a hummingbird. It is believed that hummingbirds resemble the idea of healing and hope and so I wanted to embrace this symbolism through the naming of this brand.
